Complete lack of service I booked an appointment about 2 - 3 weeks ago for a oil change on my 2015 Journey (purchased at Tower Chrysler in March). I have 6200 km on vehicle bu I booked an appointment about 2 - 3 weeks ago for a oil change on my 2015 Journey (purchased at Tower Chrysler in March). I have 6200 km on vehicle but wanted a oil change prior to a road trip. I booked the visit for the 24th and told the booking person (sorry - no name) that I would drop vehicle off at 8 AM. I asked how long it would take and was told it should be early afternoon as it was just a oil change. I said that was great. When I dropped vehicle I was sent to see Donna. Again I asked and was told may noon by definitely no later than mid afternoon ( as a added note I was asked why I did not use the quick drive through service for the oil change - did not use because I was not told about it). Did not hear anything so about 1:30 or so I called and was put through to Donna's voice mail - I left a message asking her to call me as I was trying to find out when I could pick up the vehicle. At 3 PM my husband called and was out on hold for 9 minutes before he hung up. I then called back and asked to speak to Dona (not voice mail or on hold again). When I finally reached her on the phone I was told that they had not even looked at my vehicle as yet and they did not understand my frustration (really its just a oil change) booked weeks in advance. Terrible Sales Persons Terrible experience with sales person. We said upfront we were not going to buy that day and would like to test drive and get the price etc. He just s Terrible experience with sales person. We said upfront we were not going to buy that day and would like to test drive and get the price etc. He just said he was busy with lots of appointments and asked us to make appointments during the week. It certainly seems he doesn't want our business and doesn't care either. Never heard of any dealer ship is like that. And the second sales person we asked for also no better. He just gave us a way out of line price tag. Felt like they just wanted to kick us out of the door. Definitely will NEVER go there again. More

Previously owned Dodge Journey - Great deal Replied to an advertised "used" vehicle, 2014 Dodge Journey, that only had 4173 km's from original owner. We had been watching ads waiting for a good Replied to an advertised "used" vehicle, 2014 Dodge Journey, that only had 4173 km's from original owner. We had been watching ads waiting for a good deal to come up and this was definitely it. Not a tough sell as we knew what we wanted and the price was right, but we navigated through the few formalities that come with buying from a dealership including a slightly better price and Robert (salesman) was great along the way. The vehicle was lacking one of the remote "FOBS" and the manual that typically lives in the glove compartment. Sure everything you need to know about regular maintenance can be found online but leave it to us to need a source one day in the middle of nowhere and without smartphone access. Robert said they would have the remote and a manual available for us by the end of this week. I've waited to write a review to ensure we got everything as promised which we did, without a bunch of chasing, so good on them for that. David wrote up the agreement and covered off all the needed details around additional warranty etc. (which we declined) without a bunch of pressure. Sometimes those conversations can seem a little scripted but David was great. He set us up with a dealer plate so that we could take the vehicle same day which was convenient and no urgency to return it (did so about 4 days later). Overall a good experience and would visit again. More
