My husband convinced me to give a different dealership a shot and I am so glad that he did. I would like to state that we did not tell anyone about our horrible experience until after the deal was done; I didn't want a fake we'll do anything to pretend to make you happy and get your money experience. Our salesman was Russell and he was knowledgeable, professional, genuine, courteous, and gave me and my husband equal attention and respect. From the moment he met us he genuinely wanted to make us happy. He pulled multiple cars for us and searched everywhere to get every detail that he could right for us; and we were very specific. Russell stepped away for 2 minutes to get financing started and Ashley came over to see how everything was going and make sure we were happy. She was friendly and genuinely excited that we were having a good experience. Our financing was done with Byron who managed to get us a better rate than we ever thought we would qualify for, a service package, and undercoating, for less biweekly than we were quoted. Byron was so amazing, he took his time to make sure he could find us the best financing possible. I went into this buying experience expecting to be met with chauvinistic salesmen that treated me like I was invisible and only paid attention to my husband. There was no way I was buying a new car if I could be convinced to buy a car at all. I walked out with a brand new car with smaller payments than expected,an amazing buying experience with friendly and professional staff, and asking for cards so that I could let all the female buyers out there that they do not have to be a second class citizen in a car dealership; they just have to go to Tower Chrysler! A new RAM Sport 1500. The sales person was very patient and even settled my nerves with his great sense of humour.
