I purchased my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie from Tower on Jan 28/16 and I am VERY impressed with the entire experien I honestly wish I could do a 6/5 rating. I purchased my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie from Tower on Jan 28/16 and I am VERY impressed with the entire experience. My truck was in BC at the time and they went out of the way to drive it all the way down to Calgary in a very quick manner. Upon arrival, there were a couple options not on the truck but Eddie, Andrew and I talked about it and they both made sure I was looked after. During the entire process, from start to finish (and the long drive), it took less than a week for me to get my brand new truck. Eddie, Andrew and Byron all kept me up to date with what was going on with the truck, where it was, and what else had to get thrown on. The moment I walked in, Andrew gave off this aura that honestly made you feel like a part of the family and not just some random person like most dealerships I've been to and he was amazingly polite from start to finish and even after. Eddie went completely out of his way to keep me very happy and he's done an excellent job of doing that. Byron was awesome too. I found that you could talk with him almost about anything and he'd always have an opinion about whatever we talked about. He actually gave me some excellent tips for maintenance of the vehicle as well, and the shift from one vehicle to another was absolutely seamless. Prior to buying this truck, I purchased a 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie from tower about a year ago and the experience was exactly the same even when dealing with different people. Needless to say, Tower is my go to place for trucks now because they actually care about you and want to get you the best possible deal.
