After we agreed to buy, we were passed on to Brent Whittaker who was very helpful and efficient in finalizing our purchase. We came in at about 11:30 in the morning with the intention to possibly purchase a new vehicle. They were very helpful, and went way above what I ecpected I am a single mom, and was looking into a new vehicle to trade my van in for. I went into Tower Chrysler to see John Assef. I was worried about the whole process, and I new what I could afford, John and the financial team did everything they could to help me find a vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. The process wound up being very emotion as they went above and beyond just helping me find a vehicle. John spent many hours with me and my 18 month old that day, showing me vehicles, lettig me fit my stroller and carseat into the vehicles so I knew what would work.I left that day with a brand new car, that I new would be both reliable, and would fit my needs. They ran a scan, turned off the yellow warning light and booked me in for another day - ensuring I understood that, although it sounded serious, I could drive home and return for my appointment I have never used the car service. But on my return they drove me home immediately and picked me up again when the car was ready. In today's world I've become accustomed to poor to no service at so many places, but Tower Chrysler continues to provide top of the line servicing. More

Wanted out of a poor car and dealership. In 2012 I purchased a Fiat 500 pop sport from Renfrew Chrysler. I upgraded the car with many features. since purchasing the vehicle I kept up on all r In 2012 I purchased a Fiat 500 pop sport from Renfrew Chrysler. I upgraded the car with many features. since purchasing the vehicle I kept up on all required maintenance. The car had several recalls. I took it to service on several occasions as I felt there was an issue. I would pay for the peace of mind package and be told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Then the issue would continue and I would have to pay for a repair seeming from the first undiagnosed problem. Several of the issues with the car were blamed on me or wear and tear like the rust on the hatchback before the car was even a year old. I had to take a stand on several occasions to have warranty work covered. Someone doing a repair under warranty scratched the car and covered it with touch up paint that was the wrong color. The damage was not reported to me. What was supposed to take a few hours in the service department took days. The service team was completely replaced as of late. In December I had a salesman call to see if I wanted into another Fiat. Several calls later I almost purchased a new vehicle. I decided that I would not make another purchase from Renfrew Chrysler. They never stood behind the product they sold and I took a big financial loss on the vehicle as well having to deal with poor customer service. TOWER CHRYSLER on the other hand listened to my issues and helped me get back into another Jeep. I feel so far that the staff I dealt with were very pleasant, professional, helpful and respectful. Tower is much closer to my home. I have used this dealership for repairs on another Jeep I owner prior and always had great service. I look forward to more outstanding service with staff at Tower. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass limited edition (demo model), and my boyfriend bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500. We have nothing but positive reviews regarding the overall experience we had. Excellent customer service, followed by a great atmosphere. Their lounge area was very welcoming, and the staff provided us with refreshments and snacks while we waited. The staff were very "up-beat" and appeared to want what was best for us. As a bonus we received cash; because my purchase was technically refereed by my boyfriend, can't complain about that! Defiantly recommend checking them out, you WONT be disappointed. More

Absolutely Awesome I actually stopped by to get pricing on a replacement key for my 2012 Ram 1500. we left empty handed because $300 is to much for a spare key. On our way out we decided to go through the showroom. I stopped to look at the new Ram trucks as a comparison. A couple of the dealers asked if they could help me so I gave them the old standard "just looking" to which they went away. Robert Wachter came up to me and started having conversation and eventually started discussing what would really be of interest to me. We started comparing features I might like such as colors etc. Then we go into what I will be using the truck for. The big question that got me hooked was simply, "if I can get you the truck you want at the price you are willing to pay and the payments you are willing to pay, would you be willing to discuss this further". I was and we did and I will be darned if he, after a lot of back and forth, Robert was able to find me a truck with more features at a food price and just a bit higher payment that suited me just fine so bought it that same day. The truck was set up and ready to take home the next afternoon thanks both Robert and Jeff. More
