I called Tower and spoke with service ad The day before a trip from Calgary to Vancouver, the left rear air ride burst on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called Tower and spoke with service advisor Shelly McLean. I explained the extremely fast turnover i would require to be able to start our trip on time. Shelly worked very hard to assure our Jeep was ready and even had to source the part from out of town. The technician who did the work was awesome as well and showed me the ruptured air ride bag.
