Too easy!! I had a Chev truck, and it was time to trade for a new truck, so I went to my Chev dealership to look at what was new. No one could be bothered to talk to me, and when I asked to speak to the sales person that had sold me my current truck, I was told that I should make an appointment. Really? I need an appointment to buy a big ticket item? In this economy? I guess everybody at JC Chev is independently wealthy. I went next door to the Ford store, and the customer service was worse. I sat in the cab of the most expensive truck in the showroom for ten minutes, and not one of the sales reps could be bothered to break away from their gab session to come and talk to me about selling me a truck. I went to Tower because I had recently purchased a Town &Country van from them, and was really pleased with the way I had been treated. The sales rep gave me room to wander from truck to truck in the lot, without being a PITA. When I told him what I wanted in a truck, and what I wanted it for, I was immediately shown several trucks that fit my needs. I selected one, they evaluated my trade, crunched the numbers, and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. After I had signed on the dotted line, they threw in about $2000 in extras, just to make the deal that much sweeter. Financing was looked after in a flash, registration and insurance were also looked after - the whole experience was absolutely seamless. Just like it should be. After some discussion we ended up in his office and after a fee more minutes a truck meeting my specs was sitting outside idling. We went for a quick test drive and its now 1 hour after closing, after the drive they made me a deal on the truck that I could not pass on. By 7:30 I ended up leaving having purchased a 2016 Ram. Sue and Greg both worked hard to get me a lower interest rate and a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. Sue takes the time to explain everything in detail and to answer any questions that I have...she makes buying a new car a very pleasant experience! My salesman Frank also went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable with my purchase and answering all my questions...AND my Jeep was his first sale :)I look forward to working with the staff at Tower again in the future! Jeremy is an excellent customer service rep and better than any other at t For the past three years I have constant issues on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jeremy is an excellent customer service rep and better than any other at this dealer! Although my issues have not been fully resolved (most have), Jeremy does his best to troubleshoot and think outside the box. The only issue that I have is not with service but with the product itself. A Chrysler cabin air filter kit was installed and now leaks water in behind my glove compartment. This product is no longer made. A resolution for an inadequate part has not been rectified. A cabin air kit is necessary for dirt roads so unsure what can be done at this point. Thank you Jeremy. More
