Not too impressed with Tower!! 1) Dealer charged me $700 that turned out to be chrysler holdback which dealer gets back from Chrysler when dealer achieves their sales target. How is 1) Dealer charged me $700 that turned out to be chrysler holdback which dealer gets back from Chrysler when dealer achieves their sales target. How is it ethical that a customer pays for this when it is reimbursed by chrysler anyways? 2) There is about $677 extra that the dealer has charged me.. I have tried several times with multiple contacts at this dealership to explain this extra charge with no luck to date... I guess they don't care once the sales agreement is signed. 3) Took the vehicle for rust proofing package. To my surprise, they returned it washed obviously using brush wash which left streaks on the paint work... totally unprofessional. I complained to one of their senior principals by email and to date got no acknowledgement. 4) Building look, feel and amenities is dated. There is many local dealers in calgary area with much more upscale showrooms and service waiting areas. More

We came in on a Friday afternoon looking at options for a vehicle and left Friday evening with the vehicle that worked for us both in terms of practic We came in on a Friday afternoon looking at options for a vehicle and left Friday evening with the vehicle that worked for us both in terms of practicality and financially. We were introduced to Drew as our salesperson and he took care of us in spades. The kids got fawned over by the service team girls, balloons, water, the works! They even had a play area to keep them busy once they were bored massaging the showroom vehicles. Drew found the truck that we were looking for and Eddie helped us get the pricing we needed in order to make it work for our budget. This was our first brand new vehicle and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A week after we bought the vehicle we got a phone call telling us a part had been ordered when we bought the vehicle and it was in, we didn't know about it and we wouldn't have thought to ask. Went in, picked it up and was out again in a few minutes. All questions I've asked have been answered quickly and completely. Free refreshments and shuttle service was supplied when we brought the truck in for detailing. You really can't ask for more. Thanks to you all for your great service, you have a great team! More
