Fantastic experience with John, Byron and Shelley! This past Saturday, I brought my elderly parents into Tower Chrysler to look at new vehicles. We have purchased Chryslers for a number of years, and w This past Saturday, I brought my elderly parents into Tower Chrysler to look at new vehicles. We have purchased Chryslers for a number of years, and we have serviced them at Tower. Over the last few years, we have dealt with Shelley McLean as our Service Advisor. She has been wonderful to all my family, making sure we receive the right maintenance at the right time and the right cost. When I mentioned my parents were considering a new vehicle, Shelley organized for us to meet with John Assef, Sales Representative, because he has a reputation for being very supportive and professional, and she thought his approach would appeal to my parents (i.e., not high pressure and easy to relate to). He was indeed fantastic to us, a real gentleman! After my parents described what they wanted, John immediately found them the right vehicle and proceeded to help them deal with the manager to find the right price. All through the process, John put them at ease and addressed all their questions. My parents made a deal, which they were very pleased with, and since then, they haven’t had one moment of buyer’s remorse. Next, we dealt with Byron Ellet, Finance Manger. He handled all the financial transactions and paperwork. My Dad very much appreciated Byron’s professionalism and thoroughness. Byron also addressed my parents’ questions and ensured that they received the best options available. He helped my parents to select the right options for them, including financing, extended warranty and protection package. Byron was very supportive and responsive in follow-up to the sale to ensure all the necessary paperwork was completed and we understood everything. Today, my parents picked up their brand new Cherry Red, Jeep Cherokee 4x4. John and Byron met us to finish up all transactions. Byron put all the paperwork in order in a folder and ensured we had both the insurance and registration before we left. John filled up the vehicle with gas, changed all the plates, gave my parents a tutorial on the vehicle that was understandable to them, and offered to follow up as needed. Shelley also came around and met with us, offering to be available for all maintenance questions and needs. Overall, it was an amazing experience with the wonderful employees of Tower. There is no doubt that we will continue to deal with this dealership, and my husband and I will be back to deal with John on our next vehicle! Thank you so much! More
