Obviously the Dodge Caravan sells itself as a vehicle, but as consumers we also need to find that number that would keep us comfortable within budget for our family. Our salesman Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for at the right price range which was our deciding factor. He went above and beyond staying much later in the day to help us get into a new vehicle. Eddie helped make the numbers work for our family and consistently checked in on us throughout the evening to make sure all of our needs were being met. Then we met Sue, who besides being an absolute delight and actually makes signing away large sums of money enjoyable, never quit pursuing financial institutions until a better financing agreement was on the table. I do not know how inappropriate it is to say on a review, but she kicks xxx. Another thing that also troubles me is I was contacted by the dealer after the sale to see how the experience was. I relayed my concern and was told they would look into my concern and get back to me yet several weeks have passed now and no further contact. I guess that says it all! More

Initially the price promised me did not include everything that I was supposed to receive as a preferred I had a great experience at Tower Chrysler. When I looked at the numbers later that evening at home, I emailed John and he quickly got me in touch with the right people to resolve the discrepancy the next day. The van I bought is a perfect fit for our family and my driving style. Way more fun to drive than the competition and I was convinced that this was not only a nicer vehicle to drive, but also more affordable than a pickup truck I was eyeing up as well. The caravan is even more versatile, for what it is, and until we get a really heavy trailer that needs hauling, I am confident we made the right choice with the help of John's guidance. After the purchase was completed, we scheduled an appointment for rust proofing and 3M film. The 3M film looked amazing except for on one of the mirrors. It's nothing that jeopardizes the purpose of the film, so I will wait until next service appointment to have it addressed as its cosmetic only. More
