This dealer really works for their customers I had a flat tire which I filled and then called to say I had a tire problem, I was coming in and I needed a loaner. When I arrived i was taken care I had a flat tire which I filled and then called to say I had a tire problem, I was coming in and I needed a loaner. When I arrived i was taken care of very efficiently. I left ten minutes later with my loaner so I could finish my day. They called later that afternoon to say that there was a screw in my tire and they fixed it. It was too difficult to return that evening, no problem, come in tomorrow. How good was that! More

I feel comfortable and confident on the work they do. Our whole experience from the purchase and on service is great and I feel they will continue to take care of us. Great staff! I've been served by Rovena in the past and on my last visit by Samantha. Rick and Brendan Blacker took care of us on the sale and they are the main reason why we return to this dealership. They are sincerely wonderful caring people and you feel that when you deal with them. More

I also called ahead to ask if my car would be Ok if I put some old antifreeze fluid in. Peter was very tolerant, and explained why I don't need that liquid any more. I asked if I could bring a few small bottles in, to dump. He said yes. I was not charged for this small amount, and it leads me to feel appreciated as a longterm customer. I have bought 3 cars at this dealership, and the gentleman I dealt with is now at a different branch, but he was very helpful, incl. re helping me get used to my new cars. This was Tai Liang. More
Terrible Service I scheduled a winter maintenance package last November 15 and decided to buy a wheel cover (hub cap, whatever you want to call it). My scheduled servi I scheduled a winter maintenance package last November 15 and decided to buy a wheel cover (hub cap, whatever you want to call it). My scheduled service was 7:30 in the morning and I asked the parts department how much is the set of wheel cover. The guy, I believe Nasser is his name, told me it's $90+ tax without explaining anything. So I said yes thinking that it is the one with Hyundai logo. When I came back around 11 am, the service was done and the car was ready for pick up. I noticed that the hub cap installed was the generic/common one, so I went back to the parts department and told it's not the one I want and expecting the wheel covers are with Hyundai logo. At that time there was another gentleman there and abruptly told me that "Oh those are expensive, its around $150 each". I really snapped and told him I don't care how much it is, they should explain well what they are offering. If I know that it was the generic ones, I would have bought it at Canadian Tire for a lot cheaper price. I felt really discriminated that time, feeling that I can't afford the expensive hub cap that he's telling. And then he told me that if I want those hub caps, they will remove the ones installed and put the other. He's kind a rushing me to make decision that time. This guy really don't know what other people are going thru. I was really in a rush that day that's why I scheduled the service first day in the morning. Then had to go back to hospital for my premature baby and bring lunch to my other kids. Even I want to change the hub caps I can't because I need to attend something. That was the worst service I ever had, they did not even apologize for not explaining what they're offering. With the other departments like the customer service and sales, I don't have any issues . But the guys at the parts department, they should be taught how to deal with their customers better. More
