I enjoyed dealing with Patrick. Test drive was comprehensive. I was told about all main features of a car. Price negotiation was long process and I was not easy to convince guy. We eventually come to satisfactory price(in my budget range). The car had a few scratches. They were fixed and result was as if they never were there. That's amazing job! There are small dents and scratches on back bumper, but it's not big deal. While getting car I was helped a lot about major things to take care of, very grateful for it. One confusion I should notice is warranty. I thought the car still has one (and I remember we discussed it), but it turned out to be expired. So you need to be diligent about it if it's important for you. For me it's small thing which doesn't affect rate. If I plan to buy other hyundai in some future(santa fe, maybe), I'll start from this dealership. More
