I considered It an absolute PLEASURE when my son introduced me to Patrick and Michael. These gentlemen were and are the two most well-informed, pleasant, courteous and professional sales person/fin introduced me to Patrick and Michael. These gentlemen were and are the two most well-informed, pleasant, courteous and professional sales person/financial adviser that I have ever met. They were able to answer all questions posed concerning the vehicle, financing, warranties, etc. It was a joy to speak with them. Their pleasant demeanors made me feel as though we had known each other for a long time. I am very thankful to both of them with all of their assistance enabling me to purchase my 2013 Sonata!!! I first met Arnold 2 1/2 years ago when I dropped into Toronto Hyundai just to see what the new Sonata was like. I wasn't particularly looking to buy a new car yet. I was met by Arnold with a friendly smi Toronto Hyundai just to see what the new Sonata was like. I wasn't particularly looking to buy a new car yet. I was met by Arnold with a friendly smile, who proceeded to show me the new Sonata. I was impressed with his attitude. Never pushy, like I have encountered in the past. I ended up buying my Sonata that very same day, with a very good deal, without dickering back and forth. I was back for regular servicing today, and was greeted by Arnold by name, while in the waiting area, and we had a nice chat. This friendly customer recognition plus the friendly service personnel, namely Rovina is the reason I keep returning for service. I will recommend Toronto Hyundai for future sales and servicing.
