I was called in for a Recall that included a free car wash. The estimated time was 1 hour on a booked appointment. I was there for three hours at which point they hadn't even washed my car but offered wash. The estimated time was 1 hour on a booked appointment. I was there for three hours at which point they hadn't even washed my car but offered to do it another time if I wanted to come. They did try to bill me for $1000 worth of work that wasn't needed. The next day I was contacted by a receptionist to find out how my experience was and when I told her how awful it was, she assured me that the manager would contact me that day. I totally lost my car in a recent accidents, Through friends referral, I went to Toronto Hyundai for a new car. Alan Hung from Sale, Kiyan Hui from Finance and Dominic Wong from Service are amazing. Wit friends referral, I went to Toronto Hyundai for a new car. Alan Hung from Sale, Kiyan Hui from Finance and Dominic Wong from Service are amazing. With budget and time constraints, Alan and Kiyan provided me difference reasonable options, both in car models and finance plans. Their after-sale services are great. Dominic , the service manager is knowledgeable and approachable. I was in a rush to take my car after service, he skipped his lunch and helped me to wash the car by himself (as all other staffs were busy) before release it back to me! More

Alan (sales department) and Kiyan (financial services) were a great team! My car had been stolen and I needed to buy a new one as quickly as possible. Alan found me exactly the vehicle I wanted (a new S were a great team! My car had been stolen and I needed to buy a new one as quickly as possible. Alan found me exactly the vehicle I wanted (a new Santa Fe hybrid) and was able to have it delivered within a couple of weeks. I was delighted, because all the other dealerships I contacted told me I'd have to wait many weeks (at best) or months before I could get a car. Everything about my interactions at the dealership was positive. And I love my Santa Fe. My previous car was a Lexus; I'm much happier with the Santa Fe. More
