Brought my car in for an oil change and on rim tire swap. Was called before 9am and told I would be called back in 30 mins when my car is ready. Waited 4 hours and no call. I was charged for a tire swap that never happened. Came back the next morning and was quoted 30 minutes. Ended up waiting 2 hours More

In fact, the Owner/President of the dealership himself made effort to meet and engage with us on a personal level! In fact, after a few months of waiting for a factory-order delivery of a Tucson Ultimate PHEV, Benjamin took it upon himself to contact me personally to ensure & facilitate delivery of the vehicle as quickly as possible . . .
