My wife and I attended the dealership to view the vehicle advertised. We were pleasantly greeted by Mr Chow. He asked us if we needed any assistance and offered to take us on a test drive. Once the decision was made to purchase the vehicle, Mr Chow assessed our offer, and forwarded it to Mr Bonanno for his approval. Once we negotiated a fair price, we were pleasantly greeted by Mr Huang for the follow-up paperwork. He explained everything clearly, and offered additional options such as extended warranty, etc.. Following all the paperwork with Mr Huang, we arranged to pick up the vehicle the next day, which was again a wonderful experience. The vehicle was ready, clean, and good to go.
