Just bought the prettiest 2013 Genesis R-Tech from a very enthusiastic and professional sales person, Chase Anthony. From here on I will call "the Newby". What the Kid lacked in product knowledge he more than made up for in the enthusiastic "I'll find out!" I'm certain the product knowledge will improve as it is mostly experience based. You won't find a more energetic and eager to please automotive consultant within 500 miles. I also had the pleasure to meet Sam Bonnano the GSM who went out of his way to accommodate most of what I asked for in true Italian form. The Used Car Manager Brandon Blacker offered me a "reasonable" amount for my 2012 trade in. I understood his reservation having had multiple minor, physical, vehicle to curb/parking posts/and occasional jay walker evidence on my "Old Car" Finally the money man at Toronto Hyundia Michael Smith was able to put together an acceptable financing plan in about the time it takes my lovely wife to do her hair (30 minutes). Miraculous, thanks Michael. Bottom line. I live closer to other Hyundai dealerships but having just stopped by to have a look I was convinced this is where I wanted to spend my $50k. I live in Hamilton and I was referred to Toronto Hyundai dealer from a friend of my that had a good experience with one of the sales person but when I called looking for that person he was not there anymore dealer from a friend of my that had a good experience with one of the sales person but when I called looking for that person he was not there anymore so the receptionist asked me if it was OK to put me with another associate and I said that's fine, so she put in contact with Michael Chow. After looking for cars here in Hamilton/Grinsby/Burlington we decided to take the trip to Toronto to see what Michael has to offer. We are glad we did because Michael not only was able to give us an excellent deal but his manners, honesty and outstanding service really make us feel like we new him for a long time so we only visit the first time an we bought a beautiful 3013 Sonata 2.0T. I was so impressed because I bought the demo car and there were some imperfections on the rims they told me they will take care of and to my surprise they provided me with new rims, Wow! thank you so much Michael and Leo.
