My CRV was being serviced for a recall. I had been asked via text how I would like to handle my ride options - I chose a rental car. When I arrived at the Dealership, they told me that they did not have any rental cars available. When I inquired why, they seemed to be befuddled. I kept in communication with "Emily Carter", and informed her of my disappointment with the service and asked, four times, for a manager to contact me. Even though "she" promised to have someone contact me, this never happened. It turns out that Emily Carter is an AI assistant posing as a human being. However, when it comes to soliciting patrons for service reminders, Toronto Honda is relentless. I had to tell them several times to stop texting, calling, and emailing me for service solicitation that I never requested. They staff seem friendly enough, but clearly management is struggling to comprehend how to provide quality customer service. I will not be patronizing this dealership again. More

I lost $300 because my 2014 oddysey coil springs from Toronto Honda Parts did not perform to spec. My rear end dropped back to where my original 12-year-old springs had lowered to over time.... 1/2 - 3/4 Toronto Honda Parts did not perform to spec. My rear end dropped back to where my original 12-year-old springs had lowered to over time.... 1/2 - 3/4" tire to fender clearance, aka close to blowout. I don't know what to do now other than buy aftermarket spacers that I was trying to stay away from. Bushings are fair condition, bump stop new condition, upper seat half-life, new rear shocks, tires spec psi. More
My experience was poor. First, the salesman tried to charge me more than the advertised price. Then the car was delivered with a broken wing mirror plus stains and scratches First, the salesman tried to charge me more than the advertised price. Then the car was delivered with a broken wing mirror plus stains and scratches that the dealership had made no attempt to remove. They agreed to fix the wing mirror but when I came to pick up the vehicle a week later, it was only partially repaired and required a new part which was not in stock. A wasted trip! The wing mirror was eventually fixed but had necessitated two unnecessary trips to the dealership. They also removed the stain on the upholstery but I have had to take the vehicle to a detailer to have the scratches repaired. The general manager acknowledged that the episode with the wing mirror was unacceptable and offered me a $100 credit against a future service - trivial compensation for what they put me through. Having now read other reviews I am not surprised to find that I am not alone in my poor experience with Toronto Honda. Caveat emptor.. More
We had an outstanding experience working with Marco Haitas throughout our vehicle purchase. From start to finish, Marco was honest, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping us make the right decision rather than simply making a sale. He took the time to answer our questions, provided truthful advice, and made us feel comfortable and respected every step of the way. What stood out most was his integrity and commitment to treating us fairly. We never felt pressured, and instead felt that Marco was truly working with us to reach an agreement that benefited everyone. His professionalism, strong work ethic, and genuine care for his clients made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Marco to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated sales professional. Thank you, Marco, for making this such a positive experience! More
Had a very underwhelming experience at this dealership. Staff seemed nice and friendly. Until there was an issue. No calls, just an email. Reached out to the general manager and nothing. I wish I had seen Staff seemed nice and friendly. Until there was an issue. No calls, just an email. Reached out to the general manager and nothing. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to dealing with them. Even trying to get a safety certificate copy is painful. Would not recommend the dealership. Such a black eye on the Honda name. More

My experience with Vladyslav Kononenko, a sales consultant at Toronto Honda, was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. From the start, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely consultant at Toronto Honda, was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. From the start, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It felt like there was zero interest in actually helping a customer—just arrogance and poor communication. What made it worse was the strong impression that his behavior was biased. As someone from a diverse background, I could not ignore how differently I was treated, and it came across as discriminatory. No customer should ever be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected because of who they are. This kind of conduct reflects very poorly on the dealership as a whole. If this is the level of professionalism being tolerated, then customers should think twice before doing business here. More
