I purchased a brand new trailer. They were so very nice until....I had the trailer brought to London for a very expensive price tag. This is when xxxx starts. I received the trailer and for 1900.00 they we until....I had the trailer brought to London for a very expensive price tag. This is when xxxx starts. I received the trailer and for 1900.00 they were not even going to show me how to set it up and there was no keys to it. I remember when I checked the trailer out the service person said"it will be checked over with a fine tooth comb" That certainly wasn't the truth. Lights inside and out did not work. The hoses for water and sewer were garbage and no hydro adapter. I took the empty propane tanks to have them filled to find out they were expired. When I called about the lights and the remotes, Rick said they are not covered by the warranty. I told him that if you bought a brand new car and the lights didn't work. The trailer is suppose to come with a barbecue and a big screen TV. There was no way to hang my TV and Rick told me they would make me a bracket. Two years later no brackets. I had to pay someone to buy and install a bracket. I hadn't been able to use my oven in two years. The spring in the door was broken. The was a scrape on the side of the trailer. The outside of the trailer had"Trailer $48,000" written on the side of it. I was told that is not so as they do not write on their trailers by Sue Parr. The shower surround had a crack in it. The locks do not work after 2 years. There was a piece of the moulding missing and when I asked about it Annette told me it comes that way and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay for it. Hundreds of texts and emails. Then they decide that if they have it for this past winter they could get everything done. I did not want to as a I told Brian but clearly that was the only way stuff was going to get done. I was told that the driver was leaving Windsor on Thanksgiving Day at 8 30 a.m. He arrived at the trailer at 8 15, The driver was very pushy as he wanted to go. Not everything got done like a once over. I gave the driver the keys although they didn't work. I needed my trailer back for March 1st as that is when then people are looking to buy. I got it back after getting upset on March8th. Here is where the nightmare starts. There was all of a sudden no keys. I was told I had the keys. I tried to find someone that might be able to make the keys. I found someone On the 15th they had a master key. He got in. I and my son took time of work so we could pack it up. I need a kidney transplant and during the testing for it I was found to have Cancer and have been fighting that. Lindsay knew that and at every set took advantage of me feeling horrible. We got into the trailer and the first thing we see is the keys sitting on the kitchen counter. I went to open the tip outs and they won't go. In the winter time you take the battery off and store it on a piece of wood inside the trailer. So I had to jump it with my truck. After getting them open my heart broke. When they took the trailer it was perfectly clean. Now it was trashed. No new shower surround, Instead, an ugly piece of trim that doesn't belong there with glue of some sort all over it. It was fishy. The whole trailer was dirty. The oven door was not fixed. It was replaced by something that looks like it came off a kids kitchen set. Not my door and no one asked if that was okay. Lat us remember that they have had 2 years to rectify the deficnceys and now the have had 5 months to get this stuff done. The blinds on the front door are bent. The dinning room table that I never used has a mark on it about 2 inches in diameter that was not done by me. In the trailer there is an island with 2 sinks and covers. In the one was a Brita jug. When I opened the door to the trailer there was 2 pieces of it on the floor. The boxes were all over the place on top of things that they shouldn't be. Patio furniture up against the pleated blinds. Now ruined. When you are not going to use a trailer there are tabs on the fridge and freezer doors so that it doesn't get moldy. The freezer has an inch of water and the fridge and freezer were just caked in mold. It would make you sick. There was a sand candle that was all over the place. The locks were neither fixed or replaced.In the haste of the driver being 2 hours early and not getting to have a last check through I had a gallon of paint and the top was not on it properly because I had been using it. It ended up on the carpet and they never even tried to get it out. Lindsay, a business man you are not or a human being. You had no problem taking 37.900 dollars from me. You took full advantage of me being very sick. Who does that? Someone with no heart. The trailer is just trashed. I will see you in court. I am missing my cinder blocks and decor that was on the side of the trailer. That is theft More
UNPROFESSIONAL is one word i would use, made a call to see a snowmobile, appt. only they said. We told them we were coming from more then 2 hours away. they called to check to see where we were, told them see a snowmobile, appt. only they said. Terrible business practice probably a good thing hate to see what would have happened if we did buy something from these unprofessional people. More

They have a great selection of cars, suv, vans and trucks. We decided to upgrade to a Suv. While going back and forth we also saw a trailer that had everything we wanted and more. Got an amazing deal on an suv and trailer. Aaron was an amazing salesman who had the vehicle ready from when we arrived from Amherstburg to look at a specific Suv. Even had the back warmer on. Much appriciated on a very chilly day. Craig from finanece was very patient with all pur questions and explained everyrhing to us in great detail. We really appriciate the owner coming over and making sure we were doing ok and thanked us for our business. Great team. Great job guys and gals. More
Undeniably the Worst Experience This place should be on your radar ...Stay Away! Purchased a new motorcycle and encountered problem after problem. Was called stating bike was good to go, yet upon arrival bike covered in dust and never PDI'd. Shame on me as I should never have taken possession. After I returned home I performed my own detailed inspection and noticed a scratch on the lower cowling. Then the excuses started. Pretty bad when you go for a ride and determine the handle bar center nut is only hand tight! Ladies and Gentelmen...this place is all about smoke and mirrors regarding Customer Service. Over the top with smiles until you sign on the dotted line. Take my word for it... spend your money wisely and shop elsewhere! Very good experience when dealing with Bob's Motorsports in Chatham! Pretty sad that they had to clean up the TAS mess! More
