waited 4 hours for an oil change I was promised an oil change within two hours and it took four hours. The most frustrating part was that they had no system to tell me whether it woul I was promised an oil change within two hours and it took four hours. The most frustrating part was that they had no system to tell me whether it would be 2, 3 or 4 hours, so the only open was to wait .The funny part was all the signs on their walls saying that they are "The Best".
