Despite multiple appointments and assurances, the issues with my vehicle—particularly those clearly visible within the dashboard—remain unresolved. What’s even more upsetting is the implication made by your team that I am somehow causing this damage myself due to personal dissatisfaction with the vehicle. This accusation is not only false, but completely unprofessional and offensive. I have brought my vehicle to your service center in good faith, expecting it to be repaired—not to be blamed for defects that clearly originate from within the vehicle itself. After numerous visits, I have seen no real progress or accountability. This has not only been a waste of time and resources, but it has also completely undermined my trust in the Ford brand and your service center. I urge you to take this matter seriously and have someone with proper authority and technical knowledge review the situation thoroughly. After bringing my SUV in for a repair on the air conditioner area. Brought my f150 in for sunroof repair, was told the guides covered under the TSB were the problem, thornecrest claimed to fix that part but yet was still unable to use the sunroof due to further damage guides covered under the TSB were the problem, thornecrest claimed to fix that part but yet was still unable to use the sunroof due to further damage. Brought it to my original purchasing dealer and they said they replaced the same exact part and now it works perfectly… thornecrest didn’t know I had warranty but my original dealer ship did.. funny how that works out when the thornecrest claims I need to pay $3000 for a full repair of my sunroof. P.S wrote very similar review on google and it’s funny how all of a sudden their staff tries to reach out afterwards rather when my truck is at the dealership and it’s impossible to reach anybody over the phone.
