Finally bought a jeep from lakehead motors I have been a jeep owner for many years but have never purchased from Lakehead motors due to the customer service I was getting. Went in as I found a jeep I liked at Lakehead and was very surprised with the sales person, I was dealing with Greg he was new to Lakehead and dealing with him was easy and comfortable actually fun great attitude. I ended up purchasing from them instead of Toronto. He has since made several follow up calls with me to inquire on how I am liking my Jeep, excellent customer service. Nick was an honest and sincere sales rep! Called the dealership wanting to speak to any sales person that was available. Nick took the call, I explained what I was looking for in a truck. He was very attentive, didn't try to push some other vehicle on us and came up with what we needed. After the initial phone call, all of our correspondence was by text(the first time I ever bought a vehicle by texting!) He was instrumental in having the truck ready in a relatively short time that fit our schedule. When it came to financing, Sherri was pleasant and explained options without making me feel pressured into buying something that I did not want. Even had an opportunity to meet Greg, the VP, who made me feel that my purchase was important to him, and he extended himself to answer any concerns I may have had, or may have in the future. More

Greg Cleland made the whole experience very comfortable. My wife and I were actually looking for a truck but could not find one in town that we wanted and I needed a vehicle for work as my venue changed and My wife and I were actually looking for a truck but could not find one in town that we wanted and I needed a vehicle for work as my venue changed and my wife could not drive me anymore. We went to Lakehead motors to look at some cars and we were lucky enough to have Greg Cleland to assist us in selecting a car that would help us in the future should we want to trade it in on a truck if and when one comes available. Even though this was Greg's first sale he showed great professionalism and made us feel very comfortable and if he could not answer one of our questions he was able to get it from one of the Lakehead Motors family. Greg also went out of his way to pick me up at work as my wife was at the hospital with her Dad. I would recommend Lakehead to anyone and especially Greg Cleland. I started out looking to upgrade my I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Greg Cleland and I could not have found a more patient and friendly salesman. I started out looking to upgrade my 2012 Dodge Journey but we could not find what I wanted in a Journey. Greg showed me a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with all the features I wanted ( sunroof and back-up camera) and I was impressed. I couldn't get what I was originally looking for but Greg showed me how I could upgrade to a Cherokee and afford it. He searched out every angle and discount available and I got a car with much more than I was looking for.
