The Only reason I'm writing a review , Nick Figliomeni From the time i met Nick on the Sales grounds to the time my wife and i signed the papers to purchase a new Dodge Ram Outdoorsman 2016 it was nothing From the time i met Nick on the Sales grounds to the time my wife and i signed the papers to purchase a new Dodge Ram Outdoorsman 2016 it was nothing but a pleasant experience for two of us! Nick was anything but high pressure sales. He made us feel comfortable and won us over with his down to earth demeaner. I would highly recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to look Nick up and go for a test drive with him. Bar none the BEST Salesperson i've ever dealt with. Unethical behaviour The sales department misrepresented a vehicle I purchased. The model was wrong and the vehicle had more miles than advertised. It was also in poor mec The sales department misrepresented a vehicle I purchased. The model was wrong and the vehicle had more miles than advertised. It was also in poor mechanical condition. It was supposed to be completely inspected and road worthy. The vehicle would not pass a safety inspection and required $3000 worth of repairs to pass. The dealership did not admit to any of these issues. I was told it wasn't there issue. We did negotiate a resolution but only because of my persistence. More

Went in for repair...ended up with a new car Our car needed service while we were visiting Thunder Bay so we went to Lakehead. Nick and Taki both went above and beyond to make the deal happen in record time, even arranging insurance with our company despite our local office being closed. This was not the experience we were expecting, but they really took all the stress out of it. And Nick even came in on his day off. More
