Since we loved the van and the customer service was awesome the first time around we decided to see what Lakehead had to offer. To what was a stressful situation all around was made a little easier with the patience and understanding of the staff we worked with. Not really needing or wanting another van (kids had their own wheels now) wasn't sure what was out there for options that would fit out needs. They listened to all our wants and wishes, understood the loss of the van was a blow and did everything they could to get us back to a 2 vehicle household. We are now the owners of a used Dodge Journey. More
