It was obvious to me that they enjoyed their work ( a positive reflection on senior management also), and went above and beyond the call to make the selling of this vehicle an all-round success. Victor demonstrated sales abilities immediately, and his eagerness to help us with a constant smile tells me he definitely has a future with this dealership. Frankie knew the depth of facts a buyer needed to know, and he also knew the sales process very well.
