Poor workmanship / not willing to rectify I purchased a full set of new Michelin tires from Lakehead Motors. The sale was some time ago however the car was in storage and the tires are still n I purchased a full set of new Michelin tires from Lakehead Motors. The sale was some time ago however the car was in storage and the tires are still new and relatively unused. Recently noticed 3 of the 4 new tires were installed incorrectly. They are directional tires but the professionals at Lakehead didn’t realize that and mounted them backwards. On top of that, Lakehead has told me they won’t reverse the 3 tires at no cost so I’m left to take them to another shop to pay for proper mounting. Seems like workmanship and customer safety is second to profits at this dealership. I’ve reported the dealership to Michelin who were also surprised the service department would not rectify the mistake. Shameful service! More
