Poor workmanship / not willing to rectify I purchased a full set of new Michelin tires from Lakehead Motors. The sale was some time ago however the car was in storage and the tires are still n I purchased a full set of new Michelin tires from Lakehead Motors. The sale was some time ago however the car was in storage and the tires are still new and relatively unused. Recently noticed 3 of the 4 new tires were installed incorrectly. They are directional tires but the professionals at Lakehead didn’t realize that and mounted them backwards. On top of that, Lakehead has told me they won’t reverse the 3 tires at no cost so I’m left to take them to another shop to pay for proper mounting. Seems like workmanship and customer safety is second to profits at this dealership. I’ve reported the dealership to Michelin who were also surprised the service department would not rectify the mistake. Shameful service! More

Those calls were professional and not pushy so appreciated that they remembered. Reception is always pleasant and no trouble to track down someone you are looking for. Nice that you don't feel like you are bothering them. Sales rep was professional and helpful and accommodating to changing schedules. Financing was a bit tricky as original purchase was some months ago and new offer was available so I had to re-evaluate. There seemed a bit of disconnect between sales and financing as each told me to call the other to confirm cash purchase price . . . . waited 2 days for confirmation of what I already knew. Not a big deal as I had the time but a more seamless approach would have felt that the customer came first as opposed to the "who does what" of the organization. More
