We dealt with John Cymbalisty and were very happy to have purchased a new truck from him. John went out of his way to help us find the exact truck that we wanted. When we didn't find the exact truck he sugge purchased a new truck from him. John went out of his way to help us find the exact truck that we wanted. When we didn't find the exact truck he suggested that we could order the truck with all the options that we wanted. He spent alot of time with us explaining everything and we never ever felt rushed. The entire staff at Terry Ortynsky Ford was friendly and helpful. More

John worked very hard to get us into a vehicle which suited our needs the best. He supplied us with information and with a variety of vehicles with different options, giving us a chance to choose the ri suited our needs the best. To be honest I am not a ford guy. A very friendly dealership! They are all very courteous and genuine. I was surprised after meeting people there once, they greeted me by my name the next day. The people are always great to deal with at this particular dealership. Even if the answer I am looking for isn't there, everyone is courteous, friendly, and try to cater to me.
