It is was a great buying experience right from the first phone call until we drove off the lot in our new-to-us F250 Super Duty, complete with two follow-up messages and calls from Lucas and Ruel the next day. Very friendly and courteous (even with all the Covid-19 restrictions) and no pressure to buy at all. We have bought many vehicles in the past but dealing with Lucas, Ruel and Dwayne had so many laughs that it wasn’t like any typical “buying a vehicle” atmosphere we have ever had in the past. The deal was easy, the product seems to be worth the money. 2 years ago I left a negative rating for this dealership on Google because they didn't answer my service inquiries just some days before my warranty ended. I finally sold my truck because I was afraid that something would break and my coverage was running out. I never purchase any extra warranty since these warranties are crazy overpriced and my history of driving my already 23rd vehicle within 33 years shows me that the money I saved would buy me already 2 brand new trucks.
