Car Repair I have been going to this dealership for service for many years. I purchased my jeep at another dealership that customer service lacked. Since go I have been going to this dealership for service for many years. I purchased my jeep at another dealership that customer service lacked. Since going to Team Chrysler, I have had nothing but great experiences. Specifically with Anna Mazzei in service department. Anna has always gone above and beyond with making sure that I have been well taken care of. Recently finding out all the work my Jeep had to get done, it was/is a a very stressful situation as it is a very big job and very expensive. Anna was very comforting and helped me deal with the situation in such a professional manner. I can't thank her enough! Being at the dealership, Anna is always being called, looked for and so on and there is never a moment ( Which can very highly be) stressful being pulled from all ends and Anna is always so calm, respectful and very professional with everyone. More

Awesome Service Advisors I have a 2017 Chrysler van and the third row seat wouldn't unfold after being stowed. On calling the service centre, I was informed that it needed a s I have a 2017 Chrysler van and the third row seat wouldn't unfold after being stowed. On calling the service centre, I was informed that it needed a software reconfiguration. I have a big family and we were planning a weekend road trip and needed all the seats to work. When I let them know my situation, Anna expedited my service appointment which was really thoughtful of her. I am relieved they were so flexible as I don't have to take two cars anymore. Thermostat repair when I brought my car in because it was over heating Shane went out of his way to get it fixed. I didn’t have an appointment but he took it in right a when I brought my car in because it was over heating Shane went out of his way to get it fixed. I didn’t have an appointment but he took it in right away. Within a few minutes he told me it was the thermostat that was not working properly. I gave him the go ahead and within an hour my car was back on the road. Thanks for going out of your way! More

They got you fam I've been going to Team Chrysler for just over 6 years. I had a 2013 Charger, and now a 2015 Charger. Each visit, the consultation was top notch. I've been going to Team Chrysler for just over 6 years. I had a 2013 Charger, and now a 2015 Charger. Each visit, the consultation was top notch. These guys do not jerk you around on price and on the service to your car. I've gone to other shops and other dealers for previous cars, and I usually leave unsatisfied. Not here though, Shane (my service tech) always takes care of me and knows how much I love my car and takes care of it just as well. His mechanic, Tony, also knows this and takes extra care with the car (big ole' powerful V8s do need special love). I have never left unsatisfied on price and certainly never on the work they did. And the one time I had an issue with a part replacement (wheel bearing on the '13 Charger), they quickly did a warranty repair and for the time the car was in the shop, Shane arranged a rental for my troubles. This guy is legit not the classic dealership story where you get screwed. And I am betting that comes from the leadership at the dealership. I'd continue to come here if needed... In fact, I felt bad my car blew a water pump less than half a kilometer from Erin Dodge forcing me to take it to Erin Dodge rather than to Shane. More

I had a brake module fail on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Shane Marion was an amazing support. Due to me being single father and a soccer coach, Shane confirmed the issue with the vehicle quickly, provided me a vehicle to coach the U10 girls soccer game and had my vehicle completed 1 hour prior to his estimated time which allowed me to be there for my daughter on my time, after losing my wallet during all of this, enabling me to get a new license with the loaner vehicle. Just incredible support from Shane and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. More

Best service by far. I bought my Jeep Patriot at this dealership back in 2010, and have been servicing the vehicle here ever since. The staff here are simply awesome. I've always received fast, courteous, and attentive help every time I've been in. My most recent experience was so amazing I felt compelled to gprovide this rating and commentary. Anna specifically, Chris (the awesome shuttle driver who I always enjoy chatting with) and the folks who worked on my vehicle, had me in and out fast... and really went above and beyond to ensure my car was in great shape, and that I was back on the road with a smile, in no time. Anna especially went the extra mile to keep me informed on repairs, found a way to get my parts faster and for less cost, and added a few extra touches that really made a difference.
