Excellent Sales Team and Superb Service Team I just had service on my Dodge Caravan yesterday and realized how great of a dealership Team Chrysler really is. While my veichle was being serviced, I dropped in to say hello to Nelson who I had purchased the van from last year which is also my third veichle purchased from him. Because of his knowledge and friendliness and most importantly my experiences with him, I just recently referred a very good friend of mine to purchase a veichle from Team Chrysler but more specifically Nelson. He was pleased to see me and after a few minutes of conversation he surprisingly walked over to the Service desk and said that he would take care of the service bill. And I could only say great things about service advisor Shane Marion! I now live in Guelph which is about 1 hour away but I still and will only go to Team Chrysler for service. He is the only one that I feel comfortable working on my veichle which by the way is always quick and efficient. He always goes the extra mile and then some to make my experience a very pleasant one. Way to go Team Chysler! More
Horrible Service I came in today with a concern over a product worth $150 which I've paid for and I had to deal with many people before I was able to see the parts man I came in today with a concern over a product worth $150 which I've paid for and I had to deal with many people before I was able to see the parts manager, then the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Ive spent thousands of dollars here and I was told by their parts staff that they care more about there dollars then customer service. I guess its time to take my business to a dealership who cares about their customers. Horrible service, I would never recommend this dealership! More
He is a good services advisor I brought in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to check the keyless function (it seems to me to not working well). Shane was the service advisor. based on my experience of this visit, I found he is very good advisor: He is very friendly, talking to me in nice manner, use easy-to-understand language to explain to me the tech details and he made arrangement for a replaceement for the part. I have two other dealerships that are closer to me but always took the 2011 to Team Chrysler due to Shane's excellent customer service. On my last visit the 2011 was in for an oil change. I was walking around the show room when I ran into Steve. We started discussing the 2014. Next thing I knew I was talking to Ralph, who sold me the 2011, and Rich. They treated me and my better half extremely well!! Greatly appreciated the professional approach and willingness to work with us to come up with a deal good for everyone. Well done Team Chrysler! Had a wonderful experience today at Team Chrysler. I went there knowing nothing about cars fearing to be charged a hefty amount as I would be an easy target for any knowing my lack of knowledge of cars. However I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful staff and Shane Marion gave me excellent service. He and his manager took car of the brakes and covered it all in the warranty. I had to replace a part to my car and I was called by the lady at front desk that set an appointment for me for 1 PM. I got there on time and I was asked to wait. After 30 min my car was still sitting in the lady at front desk that set an appointment for me for 1 PM. I got there on time and I was asked to wait. After 30 min my car was still sitting in the parking lot and I asked Shane when will be taken in and he told me that basically they serve customers by the rule "first come first served". The car got in finally at 3 PM. I don't understand what is the point to make an appointment if I have to wait in line like the other people coming without appointment. Shane's explanation was that the lady that made the appointment doesn't know what is happening in the service dept. I know car repair service is not a precise timing business but still, to wait two hours to get you car in after you make an appointment is unacceptable. More
In 2009, we purchased a Jeep Compass and over the years have received excellent service from our Service Advisor Shane Marion. We recently brought the car in for our regular Service and we were surprised have received excellent service from our Service Advisor Shane Marion. We recently brought the car in for our regular Service and we were surprised to see that we needed a repair that is not usual for a car with lower mileage. Shane was concerned for us and escalated our concerns to his Manager. He contacted us and advised us that they would offer us a small reduction in the cost of repairs. However, we decided to trade the car in and purchase a Used car with lower mileage and more options- a 2010 Journey. Unknown to Shane of our pending purchase, he went above and beyond the call of duty and continued to provide excellent client care and advised us that part of the Service would be covered by Chrysler Jeep Head Office under the Warranty. We were very impressed to see how much Shane cared about his Clients. Our extended family has purchased 4 cars from the great Sales staff at Team Chrysler and we have great confidence in the continuing Service to be provided from Shane and your Bancroft location.
