Commendation for Shane Marion I've been dealing with Shane Marion ever since I purchased my Dodge Ram 3500 and he's so great, I always ask for him by name. Shane is a wonderful as I've been dealing with Shane Marion ever since I purchased my Dodge Ram 3500 and he's so great, I always ask for him by name. Shane is a wonderful asset to Team Chrysler. He's knowledgeable, polite and understands the product. Shane always follows through during service and advises me how long my maintenance/repairs will take. He monitors recalls and advised me of one I was not aware of. Shane makes each customer feel valued and that he's there just for them. Shane knows his clients by name and greets them accordingly. He is a pleasure to deal with and I trust his judgement completely. I look forward to seeing him every time I take my truck in for service. Tire replacement I pick up a nail in the tire (sidewall) of my one year old Dodge Grand Caravan. The tire could not be repaired and Amanda (service) and Nelson (sales) I pick up a nail in the tire (sidewall) of my one year old Dodge Grand Caravan. The tire could not be repaired and Amanda (service) and Nelson (sales) arranged to have it replaced at no cost under my warranty. Great service. I had an excellent experience purchasing my Grand Caravan from Nelson Tang and he has always followed up with me when I am at the Dealership for service. I highly recommend Team Chrysler. More
Great Service On the long weekend my husband, baby (who's 6 months old) and I decided to go out for a drive. We ended up in Fergus when our 2010 Journey dies on us On the long weekend my husband, baby (who's 6 months old) and I decided to go out for a drive. We ended up in Fergus when our 2010 Journey dies on us. It does not do anything when we try to re-start it. We proceeded to call road side assistance and we were told that they can only tow the car to the nearest dealership, however they are closed and won't open 'till Tuesday (it was Saturday). I was being bounced from person to person on the phone. While this was happening my husband called Team Chrysler and spoke to George who agreed to pay for the tow from Waterloo (the nearest dealership to Fergus) to Mississauga (Team Chrysler dealership). Turns out road side assistance couldn't accommodate my daughter in the tow truck. George was very kind to send someone to pick us up in Fergus and bring us to the Team dealership, also he was going to take care of getting our car towed. On top of it all he allowed us to have a rental until we decided what to do with our car. We decided to get a new car because we needed something reliable especially since we have a new baby. Once we made this decision we dealt with Louis who was very polite and professional. Our overall experience was excellent, George and Louis went above and beyond to accommodate my family and from the bottom of our hearts we truly appreciate it. More

Always great service!!! I've been dealing with Team Chrysler since I purchased my 2008 Jeep GC Diesel there. There are four other dealers closer to my home, but I still go to I've been dealing with Team Chrysler since I purchased my 2008 Jeep GC Diesel there. There are four other dealers closer to my home, but I still go to Team because I know that they will treat me and my vehicle well. They are honest and forthright and are not out for a "quick buck" from the customer. I've dealt with many employees there over the years. Neil Ragoo in service is always willing to assist me and I always feel that I'm getting the straight goods from someone that has the mechanical backround to tell me what's what.. Eddy Pacheco has helped me solve a few issues with the vehicle and is always willing to show me exactly what he's talking about on the vehicle while it's on the hoist. Recently I dealt with Jeff Fortune in parts to have the tailgate gas struts replaced. He could have just sold me the struts and the ball studs, but instead, after inspecting the tailgate, he said I didn't need the ball studs. Who does that??? That's why I choose Team over other dealers! Keep up the good work! More
