Great Service Experience After an oil change from the dealership, a vehicle leaked oil on my interlocking driveway. I contacted Gino Pennino, the Service Manager and explaine After an oil change from the dealership, a vehicle leaked oil on my interlocking driveway. I contacted Gino Pennino, the Service Manager and explained what ha[ppened. He immediately had someone come out and try to clean the driveway. This did not work, and I had to have someone come out and rearrange the interlocking stones and reseal the driveway. Gino agreed to pay for this service without any hesitation. I was very impressed how Gino took responsibility for the error and moved very quickly to resolve it. I would certainly recommend Team Chrysler"s Service Department, and I plan on coming to them when I purchase my next vehicle. I found them excellent to deal with. Tom Goldie More

A Positive Experience After 2 previous Quick Service oil changes, the change oil indicator was not cleared from the dash display, which was an annoyance and inconvenience. Twice I had to go back, to have the technician come out and clear it. It was a nice experience this time, to have a pro-active service advisor, automatically volunteer to come out to double check that the change oil indicator had been cleared. More
