Best service department in Ontario I have been coming here for the past ten years to service all my vehicles. There is no other place I will ever bring my car to be serviced. The whole service area from the service podiums to the mechanics service bays also including the waiting area is nice and clean. The service staff are always dressed neatly and they are very knowledgeable about the different vehicles within and out the dealership. The service reps are all quick thinkers and good problem solvers who are honest and straight forward. More

He even emailed me a copy of my service invoice for my records. Jeff in Parts was extremely knowledge on the Ram series and really cool OEM and aftermarket parts. Service I've been dealing with Team Chrysler since 2010 and the only reason why I keep buying their cars ( I currently own Dodge Charger srt8 and a Jeep srt8) I've been dealing with Team Chrysler since 2010 and the only reason why I keep buying their cars ( I currently own Dodge Charger srt8 and a Jeep srt8) is the service that I get from the service advisor to the mechanics literally everyone is customer service oriented. Owning these kind of cars means that I'm really picky and anal about my cars and how they are maintained. I'm a very happy customer.... Keep it up! More

I specifically mentioned to her that I need the peace of mind service. she acknowledged by say sure no problem. when I paid my bill, the cashier charged me just for the oil change. I asked her that I wanted the peace of mind service. She said that im sorry sir but only oil change was put in the system. I let it go at the time thinking that may be she was having a bad day. After that incident I got my vans service done twice. I dealt with Shawn, excellent experience. I asked him for a peace of mind service, no problem. Did not have to make an appointment for it. I asked if I had to make an appointment for the peace of mind service, he said no. Just mention it at the time and u are all set. Today, unfortunately I had to deal with Amanda once again!!!! This will be my last time I came back to Team Chrysler. 2 vans pulled in for oil change. One was mine and anothe guy. I saw all this happen in front of me. He was attended my and older gentleman, the customer said to him I need to change txt minivans oils. the service rep dais sure sir, would you like a the peace of mind service, the customer said what's that, the service rep showed him what was included in it. the customer responded my day sure. Unfortunately I had to go to Amanda, she asked me do I have n appointment, I looked at her wounded now what???? I said no, Can I get the peace of mind service, no u can't , u have to make an appointment. I said to her I have got it done before. She reply, do u want the oil change or not. Wow!!!! great service. I had no choice because the oil change was over due. Thanks for the poor service guys. More
Lied to, screamed at, service center did not fix the car One of the worst experiences I have ever had with my vehicle was coming into Gino's shop. I was told it would take 15 minutes on the phone to diagnose One of the worst experiences I have ever had with my vehicle was coming into Gino's shop. I was told it would take 15 minutes on the phone to diagnose my check engine light, then 1 hour, after 2 hours of waiting I was screamed at by his staff for asking to get my car back. they claimed to fix it so they could bill Chrysler I assume despite the check engine light still being on along with other damage. If you have already been unlucky enough to have bought a car from Team Chrysler, you should consider getting it serviced somewhere else. More
Outstanding service by James and Team I had to take my car to this dealership a few times and James has always looked well after me. He always arranged the shuttle to pick me up and drop me off and even had my vehicle dropped off at my workplace! From start to finish, he always takes great care of me and makes sure that my experience is a positive one: he takes care of the paperwork, sends it to me by email, offers me some coffee and more importantly always ensure that my car gets the repairs it needs in a prompt manner. I live in Toronto, 40 km away from that dealership and have others closer to my home but I will continue to go to TEAM Chrysler for the excellent service I get. The shuttle driver is always accommodating, friendly and goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Thank you! More
Service Review We have been going to Team Chrysler for many years. Not only to purchase vehicles but have our vehicles serviced. Today we arrived to have the heate We have been going to Team Chrysler for many years. Not only to purchase vehicles but have our vehicles serviced. Today we arrived to have the heater/ ac looked at on our 2014 Dodge Journey. The heat was intermittent on the floor on the passengers side. We have been to another dealer in Niagara twice to have it looked at but without success and not much interest in more than a cursory inspection. Within 20 minutes of arriving Shane told us our problem was from a faulty actuator door on the passengers side and it would be repaired right away. Not only that but they found an issue with a tie rod and that a recall outstanding on the vehicle would be done as well. Shane, Carmine and James have always been more than helpful when we come in and today was no exception. Thanks guys. More
