Safe issue, don't waste your time and money. I almost died driving the Dodge Journey I purchased from this dealership. I have had multiple repairs done on this car and spent the first two weekend I almost died driving the Dodge Journey I purchased from this dealership. I have had multiple repairs done on this car and spent the first two weekends of the year on a rental. First my car wouldn't turn off, then It wouldn't turn on and now while driving all my car lights inside turn on, blink and the display shows my door is opened as well as vehicle not I park when both things are not actually happening. Imagine my surprise while driving and this happened. Luckily I got home and turned off my car and waited about an hour for the lights to finally stop blinking and turn off. I have been in that service shop almost every month since I purchased the car April 21,2016. All the dealership has said is bring in your car and we will fix it. Nothing has been done to ensure my safety or faith in my car. The GM has done nothing but get frustrated the last couple times I have spoken to him. This is just the last couple issues.... please think before purchasing a car here and trusting them with thousands of dollars your better off taking the bus or buying a $100 car it would be way more reliable and safe. More

bad service I have only two visits and in both of them received bad service. the first time I asked them to check my Dodge journey as there was abnormal sound and I have only two visits and in both of them received bad service. the first time I asked them to check my Dodge journey as there was abnormal sound and smell from the rare break, they replace the entire rare break system by a new one, then after one day when I was driving, very huge smoke shows from the back of my car and very bad smell as well. at that time I canceled all my business appointment just to back to them to fix their mistake. the second time I visit them it was just yesterday, the 13th of December and for something so easy to do it, for regular oil change. at this time the left tire has low pressure, and in any oil change in any place the technician has to check the tires pressure, after they did the service to my car I found the tire pressure still under the normal level, then I asked them if they checked the tire pressure the answered was yes they checked all of them. when I asked why the message still show the answered me it will take a time to turn off. I know that is not true but I respect them as they are the expert not me., actually the message still show. I return to them next day and when the technician fixed the tire issue the message disappear immediately, at this time really I felt so bad as there ware no honesty in their work. More

The reason for my visit was due to an emergency service a I walked into Team Chrysler Service Department and was immediately greeted by Sal Tannous. The reason for my visit was due to an emergency service as my breaks were grinding and since another dealership refused to help me I thought it be best that I visit the location in which the car was bought at. Sal was a great help from the get go, he ensured me that everything was going to be okay and he even gave me a loaner car for the evening so that I can make my work meetings and told me not to stress out over the car as he will take good care of it. I proceeded to take the loaner car and had a great evening, stress free. I picked up my car the next day, all fixed up, break issues are gone and the car is in mint driving condition!
