Although i did not purchase a vehicle from TEAM Chrysler I still recived excellant salesmanship and service from them. George , Steve, and Kumar made every visit relaxed and comfortable. They tried diligently to put me in my dream jeep but in the end the bank and the wife said no. And yet they still continue to give me great service, ordering parts for my current jeep. From now on TEAM Crysler will be the only ones to service my vehicle. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I have already recommended TEAM Chrysler to several friends and also my father. I will definetly be buying my next vehicle from TEAM, its just a matter of when. Thanks for everything guys. Dave. More
Wish I read the online reviews before I went here in the first place!! Took in car to check engine was making noise. turned out it was defective since the start, just got worse. Service said they've never first place!! Took in car to check engine was making noise. turned out it was defective since the start, just got worse. Service said they've never seen anything like it, then when I didn't have oil change paperwork that they wanted me to drive to brampton chrysler to pick them up and bring them to Team Chrsyler, i just dropped off my car and went to work wasnt about to drive around town again then back to Brampton. I told them not to do the warranty work I would just take it to brampton to get done and please do not touch my jeep. They then proceeded to take the engine apart, send pics to Chrysler Canada and say that because I once got an oil change at Canadian tire the warranty should be voided Can Tire must've started the car with no oil! ya right! and we would have to pay for a new engine. obviously Team Chrysler were upset they weren't going to get paid for the warranty work and decided to try to ensure that we would get stuck paying for it, even though the issue was unlike anything they've seen, according to the mechanic, said it was because we didnt do oil changes then since we had records, changed to blaming Can Tire. meanwhile, the engine was making that noise before Can Tire, and the only other places we ever got the oil changed was at Team Chrsyler and Dixie Chrysler. It took us more than two months of fighting and getting another Chrysler dealership involved and on our side in order to finally get the engine replaced on the brand new Jeep I bought 2 years before that was under 50,000kms! I used to take all our Chrysler vehciles here for oil changes, totally out of our way and by the way we buy a new Chrysler car every 2-3 years,(ill admit never bought from Team Chrysler- good thing) you'd think they would treat loyal service customers who have no history of being abusive to their vehicles better! Shame on team Chrysler. This is not how you do business. Do yourself a favor and TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!! More
On October 9th we bought a 2011 Dodge Journey (25,027kms) from Team Chrysler in Mississauga, Ont. and I have to admit of all the vehicles I have bought throughout my years both from dealerships and privately from Team Chrysler in Mississauga, Ont. and I have to admit of all the vehicles I have bought throughout my years both from dealerships and privately my experience with this dealership has been by far the worst experience I have ever had thus far. On October 9th we bought a 2011 Dodge Journey and the first meet with the salesman we had he was quite good and friendly with us, however when we arrived on October 15th to pick up the vehicle both my wife and I felt like we were being rushed to get into the car and drive away. Later his reasons for rushing us became more apparent. When there for the first time I asked our salesman to address a few cosmetic issues with the car and he threw his hands up assuring me that they would do all the detailing and inspections and our new vehicle would be well taken care of. Needless to say I was quite disappointed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle only to find very little to anything at all had been done of the things I had asked for and as well the interior was not as clean as i was also assured it would be. On October 9th when we first had a look at the Journey we eventually bought I noticed the tires had very little or next to no tread wear whatsoever, in fact you can still see the manufacturing xxxx. Buying used vehicles I have always paid particular attention to the tires. Also this vehicle was in the showroom and what with the lighting there, it was quite easy to inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Unfortunately for us when we got there as mentioned previously to pick up our vehicle we felt rushed to drive the vehicle off, the salesman basically put us into the car, quickly pointed out a few details and sent us on our way without as much as a walk around prior to driving off. Now this leads me to my biggest concern. Just this week we were considering installing snow tires and while getting the details off of the tires regarding sizes and type I had noticed the tires that were on the vehicle when we purchased it were no longer on the car and the tires on now were much much older and very much used to the degree there's less then half the tread on the tires with one tire almost bald and unsafe for winter driving. You can't begin to imagine my disappointment. This kind of thing i may expect from a private backyard deal but never would i think that a dealership the size of this would switch the tires prior to us picking the vehicle up. I would have expected this dealership to be more trusting and honest but now i see that is not the case at all. In conclusion I called our salesman Wednesday November 14th and he assured me he would speak to his used sales manager about the tires and to date (Nov 17th) I have not heard back from him. Through the Team Chrysler website I have left my concerns and disappointment and have given them a solution to bring this to a satisfactory conclusion prior to us taking further steps up the corporate ladder and to the media. I can't state it strongly enough when I say how very disappointed we are with them and how shocked we are they would stoop to this low level for the sake of tires that may only cost as little as 500-600 installed. Update: As requested Team Chrysler performed a follow up and though it could not be proven that there was indeed a tire swap that had occurred prior to us picking up the vehicle, management at Team decided to address my concern regardless, and without causing any more hardship they chose to replace the used tires with new. To help get to this resolution I found upper management at Team extremely helpful and through their professionalism and perseverance they have at least restored some of my faith and trust in dealerships again. Thanks Team. Cheers ! More
My experience at Team Chyrsler Jeep Dodge Inc. was horrible. They promised to beat a competitor's price and sales conditions, as well as provide timely service. However, throughout the whole buying horrible. They promised to beat a competitor's price and sales conditions, as well as provide timely service. However, throughout the whole buying experience, they kept stalling and wasting my time (and making mistakes). One abhorrent thing about the whole experience was the way they refused to take responsibility for their mistakes (like giving me the wrong NVIS form so all the registration documentation, plates and insurance papers were wrong and had to be redone - waste of time). In the end, I believe them to have been dishonest and intentionally misleading. I paid cash for my Jeep Wrangler and when they starting changing the sale conditions (which I had them put in writing), I decided to get my money back and go to the original dealer that quoted me a great price and sale conditions. They wasted nearly a week of my time and summer holidays. One positive note (if you can call it that) was my final dealings were with Karl Braunsifin (Sale Manager). I had a heated conversation with him, as he would not honour the promises of the Team staff (even though I had it in writing). However, I feel that in the end he was trying to make things work, and he offered me a refund (which I eventually took). I don't believe Karl to be dishonest. It seemed like he was just cleaning up a mess made by his staff. The whole Team Chrysler experience; left me feeling like I was being played. I do not recommend this dealership. P.S. - as I was cashing in the certified cheque that I had given Team Chrysler for the Jeep, I mentioned my experience to the bank teller. She looked at the dealer's name on the cheque and said that her husband had a bad experience dealing with Team Chrysler last year. Apparently, they promised him a price and changed it just as the deal was closing. More

When we arrived we were greeted warmly and had the opportunity to look at many cars with honest opinions not based on price. It was a great experience and I look forward to visiting the dealership again when I purchase a car. More
The deals are shady and the business is a sham..!! They The deals are shady and the business is a sham..!! They wanted me to sign papers they did not have in hand for a car they did not have. The price The deals are shady and the business is a sham..!! They wanted me to sign papers they did not have in hand for a car they did not have. The price numbers for the car that I chose, were purely to get me into the door, and changed as soon as I sat down to sign the papers. Charges of about $3000/- were added on the end deal (I am not talking about the taxes, or processing charges). The biweekly payments are not what they said they were. If you are buying a car from these guys, please check each and every paper you sign a 1000 times. More

A great interaction for a vehicle purchase that has never been matched by ANY other dealership that I have transacted with.....that would be 6 so far....all various makes and models, but the buying experience at TEAM was outstanding! Friendly staff, quality customer service and a genuine interest in making sure that the experience does not end at the close of the sale. The service team are fantastic too!
