With an addition to our family fast approaching I was in the market for minivan. Magdy at Team Chrysler was invaluable at making this a reality for me. I knew I needed max trade in value for my current vehicle and more than fair pricing on a used van to make this happen. Based on these circumstances I’d originally avoided going the dealer route. I first met Magdy after finding a potential van on the dealer’s website and dropping in for a test drive. After we were unable to make a deal on that vehicle and explaining my current circumstances and frugal budget I figured I wouldn’t hear from them again, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Magdy was not only a pleasure to work with but true to his word. Between Magdy and the GM there Karl Braunstien they seemingly left no stone unturned and continued to touch base with me about potential vans even though both were well aware it was an uphill battle to make the numbers work. I picked up my van yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I went just to check the options I would have in case I decide to trade in my 2009 dodge grand caravan with the same new car. He has worked out the reasonably acceptable price with me by giving me the employee pricing. Later on when I had brought my wife to select the color she has choosen one with the backup camera option and Joseph has to work with us again for the pricing and he did the great job. I will certainly recomend my freinds and families to him as mainly it was his way of dealing which made us to buy the car. We had made this decision without any pushing from Joseph. More

I started off by calling Neil and setting an appointment to service my newly purchased (second hand) Jeep which I bought from another dealer (in Ottawa). I also asked him to check the tire pressure and the to service my newly purchased (second hand) Jeep which I bought from another dealer (in Ottawa). I also asked him to check the tire pressure and the sensors since the "low tire pressure" sign was flashing. {Side note: The Ottawa dealer assured me that this is a small matter and it would be covered under the warranty so I took his word for it and moved to Toronto in the next 2 days}. After thorough investigations, it was apparent that all tire sensors were not the stock ones that usually come with the car. For this reason, the sensors would not be covered under my warranty. The cost of replacing the sensors is $180 PER SENSOR. Neil worked his magic and got me one sensor for free and agreed to cover half the cost for the other sensors. He recommended that I call the Ottawa dealer and ask them to cover the other half. I had leverage at this point since the car was under the 30 day grace period. The Ottawa dealer contacted Neil and tried to strike a deal that would basically put me at a disadvantage (I either drive back to Ottawa to fix it or basically fix it out of my own pocket). Neil would not have any of it and insisted that this is not a reasonable proposition. The Ottawa dealer then tried to buy some time in order to pass the 30 day grace period. Neil then explained to me that I had filed a complaint in a legitimate dealership within the 30 day period so legally I am covered. Bottom line is, if you want an honest person to look after you, the customer, go with Neil. The icing on the cake is his friendliness and great social skills. 6/5 stars More
I was not notified about the $3 environmental fee. It jacked up the price on the final bill. Next time,the dealer has to inform all fees and charges before booking an appointment.
