At no point did Joe make me feel pressured, or try to slip any additional costs or services into my purchase i didn't need. Right from the start he was always straight up with me. It didn't feel like I was being sold a vehicle, it felt more like my buddy was helping me to pick out the right one. When we did find the right truck, service was exceptionally fast. Once I found the truck I wanted, the next afternoon it was in my Driveway. My credit history was not very good, in fact I didn't think I would qualify. But Rajan Sabharwal, the finance manager worked his magic and got me a great rate on finance. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at Team Chrysler. I will definitely return to Joe for future vehicle purchases, he was respectful and honest, which is a whole lot more than I can say for a lot of other dealerships I visited.
