Without a doubt the most straight forward car purchase I've ever made. I did shop around but the staff specifically Ralph at Peel Chrysler was proactive in helping me figure out the car I wanted based on I've ever made. Jeep is my dream car and he helped me to figure out the practicality of all the models without any unreal promises. Yash found the vehicle, which happened to be in the colour I requested, and had it available for pickup within the limited time frame I had. The entire approval process was taken care by him and after i submitted my documents i was just given a call to come pickup thr car.I should also mention that the original vehicle quote was very accurate, and they provided me a nice deal. Reported right away, have been 2 months got no resolution. No response. Been in loop with sales, service, FCA, DCA. Worst customer service ever. Today Service advisor said we cant do anything request is denied, before he said will have to bring to bodyshop to fix. I paid for brand new not repairs or fixing in bodyshop. Will take further action to get the rights for brand new purchase. More
