My husband and I needed to purchase a second vehicle and really wanted an SUV. We did not have any specific model in mind and looked on line for dealerships that had used SUV's. After looking at many vehicles/dealerships without seeing or speaking to anyone we wanted to deal with, we finally viewed a Jeep Compass that was at TEAM CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE dealership. My husband made an appointment with Peter to take a look at the Compass. My husband and I went back to look at the Jeep and possibly sign the paper work in which I met Peter. Peter was great, he answered all of our questions and was very helpful. He went above and beyond for us and we decided to sign the papers and purchase the vehicle. Every team should have a member like Peter on their team!! We would drive the hour in a half again to purchase another vehicle from Peter. Dealing with Joe Albi was one of those experiences and being on the receiving end of this level of service is definitely reassuring, especially when making a vehicle purchase. At first I was not in position to sign on the first meeting, but boy was I wrong. Most people would argue thats a pushy salesman, but let me reassure you its not like that at all. Joe was very patient, took plenty of time going over all the options available, financing, vehicle features etc.. This made us very comfortable in making our final decision to buy our vehicle. My family and I entered the dealership without a purchase in mind - "just browsing we said :))" - by the time I knew it, I was signing papers to purchase a brand new Jeep Cherokee for my wife. I'm a self-employed individual who does not make impulse buys based on a whim; This was different, very different indeed. Tafik, George and Jay were top of the class; Courteous, Knowledgeable and above-all Professional. I would even go further and say that the whole outfit is 10/10. Congratulations to you guys! Financing was a breeze; Enter specialist Rajan who was able to secure financing that beat my bank's offer by a long-shot -- and I'm considered a "Valued" customer to my financial institution LOL. No wonder the dealership has been in business for so long, obviously the top heads have their "customer" hats on pretty tight, kudos! P.s. If buying New, consider getting the extended Warrant, as Chrysler positions itself with lesser rivals such as Honda, KIA, etc., big corporate mistake; But then again, who am I?
