Joe and Rich were were very helpful and did all they could to ensure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. We purchased a Journey from Team and initially received one that didn't have the capability t could to ensure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. We purchased a Journey from Team and initially received one that didn't have the capability to install the UConnect Bluetooth. Since this was an option that we truly desired to have on our vehicle, Rich worked diligently to provide us with an acceptable solution which resulted in the trade-in of our first Journey for a second with the appropriate capabilities. In the end, we were exceptionally satisfied with the Customer Service we received from Team; specifically from Rich and Joe. Thanks for all your assistance! More
