We are very happy with the vehicle we've purchased and feel we received a fair price. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, Steven is very professional and an abundance of knowledgeable on all the vehicles! We never felt pressured and are totally happy with our purchase. The after purchase service is outstanding as well. We can truly say every department at Team Chrysler (from sales to financing to service) are very customer service oriented. The only reason we gave 4 stars for quality of work was because the interior of the vehicle could've been a bit cleaner when we picked it up but all in all, it wasn't too bad. Nelson has a good way to maintain good relationship with clients: using easy-to-understand language to introduce vehicles, good and nice talking skills, more importantly, he knows clients. I remember when he recommended the new 2011Jeep Grand Cherokee to me, he mentioned it has a lot of advanced features which is good for me. This is ture to me, I like very much tech features in it when driving it, like 9 speaker audio system and the 30GB disk within it: I am keeping adding CDs into it.
