He went to great lengths in explaining each & every aspect of the whole buying process to me, step by step, despite that I was a very picky customer, who wanted details on each little thing. He was very patient through out. I would definitely be recommending my family members & friends to approach this dealership for any future vehicles, with the particular mention about Peter. Another sales agent had initially started the deal with me, but either he could not fully understand what exactly I was looking for, or he was not familiar with the minivans & their features. And it was starting to get a bit frustrating. Eventually, Peter took over from him and the whole experience was so smooth from there on wards. My overall buying experience was great. I hope that I receive the same level of professional, customer-oriented service in the future during the vehicle servicing or warranty claims, if any. At the end, I would like to thank the whole Chrysler Team for such a wonderful treatment meted out to me. While my veichle was being serviced, I dropped in to say hello to Nelson who I had purchased the van from last year which is also my third veichle purchased from him. Because of his knowledge and friendliness and most importantly my experiences with him, I just recently referred a very good friend of mine to purchase a veichle from Team Chrysler but more specifically Nelson. He was pleased to see me and after a few minutes of conversation he surprisingly walked over to the Service desk and said that he would take care of the service bill. And I could only say great things about service advisor Shane Marion! I now live in Guelph which is about 1 hour away but I still and will only go to Team Chrysler for service. He is the only one that I feel comfortable working on my veichle which by the way is always quick and efficient. He always goes the extra mile and then some to make my experience a very pleasant one.
