My 2016 Dodge caravan was having a transmission problem and Alessandro, with the help of Angelo, explained to me what is the issue, a probable cause why and gave me options how to repair my van: However I asked him if he can help me connect with the sales department. So he introduced me to Nelson. It’s because of Nelson that we decided to buy the 2025 Jeep Compass. He made sure we are comfortable with the vehicle and we never felt being pressured to buy. When we can’t decide, he gave us time to think. He respected our decision. And Yusuf made sure that we are getting the best value by helping us understand all the warranty and some case scenarios where the unexpected happens. He gave us a peace of mind solution.
