Dealerships and sales people are about sales and commissions, however it was different at Team Chrysler and sales person, Riaz; as I walked in he approached me with very warm greetings and asked if he could assist in finding the right vehicle and the best deal; after few minutes chat I was relieved that I have the person whose priority was customer’s interest and satisfactions and not just sale and commission. We went for a quick test drive; he provided me all the information and details and ensured that my needs and budget were not ignored at any time; I received a call and had to leave for some personal reasons but didn’t feel rushed or pushed to finalize the deal; I left with the very good experience and bought the same truck the next day!
