We picked our 2022 Pacifica today from Teamchrysler. I had reviewed a few Chrysler dealerships and I was very impressed with the site content and presentation on Teamchryslers’site. We had an excellent experience in finding our vehicle and the Sales person, Nelson Tang, gave us excellent service through the whole buying process. The whole team was helpful including the finance manager. We don”t say that too often. He was kind, explained in depth all our options and necessary papers we needed to get. This made the whole process very smooth and easy for us. Mr. Tang our sales person was also very helpful in giving us information on the Pacifica, all features, recommendations, all available roadside services in case of vehicular problems. We feel very confident driving the Pacifica. We would not hesitate recommending this dealership and Nelson Tang as sales representative. We are sure that you will not regret it. More

We are wanting to buy a 2 possible Grand Cherokee L 2023 and are willing to spend almost 200K.... But no one wants to sell us a car! In in last 2 weeks we have been there at least 3 times total waste of ti and are willing to spend almost 200K.... But no one wants to sell us a car! In in last 2 weeks we have been there at least 3 times total waste of time.... they have no inventory and please never ask them for a test drive they will grill you on that....Very bad middle management, zero customer service. Their manager Karl is useless I have no idea how is running the show for the owners, Ishwar Ramlogan and Amandeep Dhillon incompetent and rude car sales people with again zero customer service skills. All I know is that the owner of the dealership just lost a customer for last 20 years and 200k in sales. Today experience 02nd Feb 2023 More
