We purchased a new Ram 1500 Classic in January and have utilized the guidance of the service department at this location on numerous occasions. Not because there was any problem with the vehicle but becau utilized the guidance of the service department at this location on numerous occasions. I just love, love, love my new-to-me Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have received many compliments on the beautiful walnut brown colour which is exactly why I chose this one. My hero doesn't have a cape, but he does wear a Team Chrysler shirt. As a country girl from the rural southwest, I have always been taught to shop local and to support the businesses in my own community. However, in this case, Ishwar went far above and beyond (both literally and figuratively) BIG time for me. "City Boy" (my special term of endearment for Ishwar) worked very hard to get me the Jeep I wanted, a good deal for my trade-in, and a full tank of gas for the long trip home. While I will miss RAMona (my truck), it was time to let her go. Please find a good home for her! Many thanks for all that you did for me, Ishwar. I talked to others from London, Brantford, and Milton and no one can compare to you. I truly appreciate the customer service I received from you, and I wish you continued success in your well-chosen career!! I gave the dealership a 4-star rating because I travelled a distance to pick up my Jeep and no one (other than a brief discussion about extended warranty) came to meet me. Perhaps I am being naive but I would have expected to meet Bash or someone from upper management. I guess that means they have complete faith in Ishwar who handled everything, but I was disappointed considering the distance I came and the money I spent. If Ishwar can exceed my expectations, then surely this dealership should be able to as well. More
