The staff in Team Chrysler from the service to sales departments are amazing. They are all kind, courteous, always smiling, treated is like an important customer, and we always feel welcome. My 2016 Dodge caravan was having a transmission problem and Alessandro, with the help of Angelo, explained to me what is the issue, a probable cause why and gave me options how to repair my van: However I asked him if he can help me connect with the sales department. So he introduced me to Nelson. It’s because of Nelson that we decided to buy the 2025 Jeep Compass. He made sure we are comfortable with the vehicle and we never felt being pressured to buy. When we can’t decide, he gave us time to think. He respected our decision. And Yusuf made sure that we are getting the best value by helping us understand all the warranty and some case scenarios where the unexpected happens. He gave us a peace of mind solution. I have purchased about 40 new cars for myself and wife, I hate dealing with salesmen I always get high blood pressure when dealing with them, you make an offer they have to go talk to their manager , come wi hate dealing with salesmen I always get high blood pressure when dealing with them, you make an offer they have to go talk to their manager , come with another offer, I counter then they are back to the manager again, wasted countless hours going back and forth. Went to this dealership the salesman was Derrick Thompson , a great person to deal with, he gave me the trade in value what they would give me for my trade , I made one counter offer which was accepted. when picking the vehicle up Derrick took his time with me and went through all the functions and answered all of my question, very professional,If you’re looking for a new vehicle ask for Derrick you won’t be disappointed .
