On returning Brendan was very helpful in explaining the features of the van and was not pushy to make the sale. He fully explained the history of the van via maintenance log and accident log and was fully upfront with pros and cons in relation to other vehicles I was interested in. The sales team and management was very reasonable in negotiating price and made me feel I received a good deal. After the sale, Brendan went above and beyond in knowing I have three kids ensured I had an extra set of cloth floor mats and scoured the shop to find me a brand new set of rubber mats specifically designed for the Sienna at no additional charge.
