The shop is very clean and welcoming. The temporary sales office is a bit tiny, but they make it work! The staff are all very friendly. When our RAV4 arrived in Regina, we received a text and an email outlining the steps to arrange for preparation and pick up of the RAV4. Larry was with another client when we arrived, but another salesperson- Jansen, was very helpful, he showed us the vehicle and arranged for us to sign the sales papers. When we came back from registering and insuring the vehicle, Larry and Jackie took the time to show us the many features! Set up the Toyota app, explained how to start, stop, wipers, etc. and booked our first service appointment. They answered any questions we had and told us to call or drop by, which we will feel very comfortable doing! We are 100% satisfied with the service and the vehicle is beautiful. Thank you. More
