The door latch on my Trax wasnt connecting properly, leaving the door loose and making it difficult to lock the doors. Highly recomended and so helpful Our 2013 Chevrolet Equinox broke down in Florida on January 29 2018 and had to be towed to Dyer Chev, Vero Beach. They initially said that the work wo Our 2013 Chevrolet Equinox broke down in Florida on January 29 2018 and had to be towed to Dyer Chev, Vero Beach. They initially said that the work would be completely covered with the 5 year/100,000 mile warranty. This was for a defective transfer case that deteriorated from the inside out and had to be replaced. The vehicle had 48,243 miles on it. Dyer Chev. changed their mind and told us that it would cost us between $ 2,000.00-$ 3,000.00 American dollars. Taylor Automotive staff were right there to completely assist us in any way possible. Their Goodwill assistance plan came through after we returned to Canada and gave them the defective part. Excellent, friendly, professional staff, and would recommend dealing with Taylor Auto for both sales and service. More
