We had an appointment to drop a truck to repair a GM recall. We dropped the truck off at 8. We said if you have time change the oil and rotate the tires. At 1pm we called to see if the truck was ready. recall. We dropped the truck off at 8. We said if you have time change the oil and rotate the tires. At 1pm we called to see if the truck was ready. Could not get an answer in service the lovey girl in reception went back and told us they were all on lunch. At 3 called back and was told the truck was close to needing brakes and the brake booster needs to be changed. And they didn't have time to do any of it today. It went in to get the brake booster replaced that was the recall. The truck had to stay there another day. When we picked it up, they charged to rotate the tires which never happened. They did take that charge off after we said they didn't do it. This is a work truck, and we had an appointment we thought. But we were told because it was a drop off there was no appointment. Just very disappointed and this is not the first time at this dealer ship. More
The person that I dealt with explained everything in detail and my wife and I left the dealership with all our questions answered. But the sales person seemed to now that I would have more questions and detail and my wife and I left the dealership with all our questions answered. But the sales person seemed to now that I would have more questions and he impressed on us that any difficulty or question we would have, just call him and set up an appointment to show us the how to that we would ask. He knew the product extremely well and what had to be done to make all the connections that would work for us. More
After spending +$500 in labor to have my break pads and rotors replaced, and driving my family around for several weeks, I come to realize they forgot the bolts on one of the calipers. Complete incompetenc rotors replaced, and driving my family around for several weeks, I come to realize they forgot the bolts on one of the calipers. Complete incompetence! Not even an apology! Horrible customer service, and even worse "certified" repair service. I will never return, and I urge everyone else to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle. Your safety deserves better! More
Worst experience I have ever had with a Chevrolet dealership. I am from the maritimes and working (tourist) here in Kingston area. I am driving a 2024 SUV. Never realized how incompetent people can b dealership. I am from the maritimes and working (tourist) here in Kingston area. I am driving a 2024 SUV. Never realized how incompetent people can be. These types of people would not be able to keep a job on PEI. Spent all day telling me what they could not do for me…not what they could do to fix my problem. Took my vehicle else where, so pleased with the service I received. Thanks! More
AL WARREN IS THE VERY BEST. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE DEALT WITH HIM. AS REGARDS THE DEAL, TAYLOR'S WAS $1,500.00 BELOW THE NEAREST COMPETOR. Booked an appointment 2 months prior to service & also called 1 week prior to ensure scheduled time period & that Manufacturer call back part was available & would be installed. After 2 hours of waiting I called 1 week prior to ensure scheduled time period & that Manufacturer call back part was available & would be installed. After 2 hours of waiting I was informed that the part was given to another customer & that the one reserved for me was no longer available for installation. Did get my scheduled oil change done but will have to reschedule another appointment when their incompetent Parts Department orders me another replacement part. This dealership has the worst Parts & Service Team Departments who do not talk to one another nor support one another. Other than Manufacturer recall or mandatory recall servicing I shall never use this Dealership again for my vehicle. Had hoped that by buying a vehicle locally I would get respect & convenience, instead have to rebook appointments & spend hours waiting to get my SUV serviced & returned! It will be well worth the time & effort to buy elsewhere & get your vehicle at another Dealership! More
This is the second car I have purchased fron Taylor Auto Mall. They have been very consistent in their always helpful approach of dealing with customers. Mall. They have been very consistent in their always helpful approach of dealing with customers. More
My experience with Taylor Automall in Kingston has been less than satisfactory. Reaching a representative by phone feels like a toss of a coin, and there's equal chance of being left in indefinite hold lim less than satisfactory. Reaching a representative by phone feels like a toss of a coin, and there's equal chance of being left in indefinite hold limbo. The in-person experience fares no better, often met with empty reception desks and deserted offices. Their approach to repairs is perplexingly wasteful, opting to replace rather than fix faulty parts. Their most glaring flaw, however, is their lack of integrity. Despite my vehicle being initially delivered to them, they deflected my inquiry about the previous owner to another dealership, and later dishonestly claimed a charge for such a lookup. My diligence to cross-reference the service manual of my vehicle with their work further revealed their neglect to adhere to recommended procedures, confirmed by a third-party dealership. In conclusion, my encounter with Taylor Automall has been marred by unresponsiveness, unsatisfactory service, and dishonesty. As such, I strongly recommend seeking other, more trustworthy options for your automotive needs. More
Had my tire fixed today. I have tire guard but it apparently is only good at the dealership I purchased it at. When I was called that my car was done I was informed of the pr I have tire guard but it apparently is only good at the dealership I purchased it at. When I was called that my car was done I was informed of the price. I asked the service rep what price? He informed me after the work was done that the repair wasn’t covered. I assumed I would have been informed before any work was done. Well this was not the case. 60.95 to plug a tire. A little extreme I think. My husband went to pick up the car, went to the service desk to be told he had to go see the service advisor for the paperwork. He goes out and the advisor is in a 20 minute conversation with someone else. After the service advisor is finished he hands my husband the paperwork just to go back to the service counter to the first customer service person to pay the bill. Customer service wasn’t the motto of the day at Taylor Auto Mall. So what’s losing a customer worth these days? More
